What can Pry do compared to IRB? What do you know that most don't and
other tricks?

I have been playing with Pry as an alternative to Ruby IRB. It is does
have some nice features and the wiki documentation is extensive. But I'm
not sure its worth to trouble to really learn for basic everyday REPL
stuff. Am I wrong or should I spend more time learning its advanced
features. What are some of the ways Pry adopters are using it and are
there any tricks and tips that will show me the way? What do you use Pry
for?
