button is not disabling in internet explorer 10

button is not disabling in internet explorer 10

I have defined the button as
<input type="button" id="disable" disabled="disabled" value="Upload" />
But the button is not looking like disabled in chrome, firefox and safari.
and in ie it is even clicking.
